We want you to feel confident when you shop with Earski. Here’s how we look after you if something goes wrong — or if you need to return a product.

2-Year Warranty

All Flow-Med products purchased through Earski include a 2-year warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Electronic faults

  • Product failures not caused by misuse or physical damage

If your device becomes faulty within the 2-year warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What’s not covered:

  • Damage caused by drops, impact, or misuse

  • Water damage outside normal use

  • Cosmetic wear and tear

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

If you’re unsure whether your issue is covered, contact us — we’ll assess it quickly and fairly.

14-Day Returns Policy

If you change your mind, you can return your unused and unopened product within 14 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return shipping

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly

If the item is faulty, we cover the return shipping and repair or replace it under warranty.

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video (if helpful)

We’ll reply quickly with next steps.
