Earski was created with one clear purpose: to help people protect their hearing aids so they perform at their best, last longer, and avoid unnecessary repairs. With over 20 years in the audiology field — more than a decade as a clinician across Europe and New Zealand, followed by almost ten years working within a major global hearing aid manufacturer — I saw the same issue repeatedly.
Most hearing aids don’t fail because of age or design.
They fail because of moisture, humidity, and internal debris.
In New Zealand and Australia, where the climate is especially humid, moisture damage is one of the leading causes of distortion, reduced performance, battery drain, and complete device failure. The good news is that these problems are almost always preventable with the right care.
